The myths are:

  • The first myth is that our diet must contain animal-derived foods for proper development of body and brain. 
     
  • The second myth is that dairy foods are good for you and are essential to supply enough calcium for healthy bones.  
     
  • The third myth is that we have always consumed the current levels of animal proteins in modern times. 
     
  • The fourth myth is that vegetarians have poor health.  

The truth is

There is nothing wrong about eating a little meat and dairy food: it is just that at the current high levels of consumption, we are damaging ourselves and the planet.
